Recently my mom has moved away, my grandfather has passed. I feel as a pilot, I cannot seek help for fear of losing my medical or license. I feel depressed, I really don’t have the energy to fly anymore. Yet flying was my favorite thing. I don’t know where to turn. I feel SS if I’m ruining my relationship.
